The Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® establishes a public and professional consensus against which the practice and conduct of REALTORS® is judged. Adherence to the Code is voluntarily accepted by REALTORS® to ensure high standards of professional conduct including: Duties to Clients and Customers (Articles 1-9), Duties to the Public (Articles 10-14), and Duties to REALTORS® (Article 15-17)
